About The program
How long is The Reactivity Reset program?
The program runs for 60 days (2 months). This gives you enough time to build foundations, practice skills, and see real transformation in your dog’s behaviour. You’ll have access to all program materials, WhatsApp support, and weekly Zoom calls for the full 60 days. You are then invited to 2 group socialisation classes after your program.
What if I can't attend the weekly Zoom calls?
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients see noticeable improvements within the first 2 weeks, especially in food motivation, calmness, and engagement. However, reactivity transformation takes time. You’ll see gradual progress throughout the 60 days and beyond, with the biggest changes typically happening towards week 6-8 and when we work on the real life practice in our 1 to 1 sessions as we apply the reactivity protocol.
What if my dog is aggressive, not just reactive?
Can I do this program with a puppy?
What if I miss a session or need to reschedule?
Life happens! You can reschedule any session with at least 48 hours’ notice. All four sessions must be completed within the 60-day program window. If you need to reschedule, just message me on WhatsApp and we’ll find a new time that works.
Do I need any special equipment?
You’ll receive an equipment bundle as part of the program, which includes a slip lead, 10-meter long line, tug toy, and treat pouch (valued at $155). This is everything you need to complete the program. If you already have some of this equipment, that’s great — you’ll have backups! We want to make sure that your equipment is top notch, won’t fail when we need it, and let you handle your dog with confidence!
What if I live outside the Gold Coast area?
What happens after the 60 days?
After completing The Reactivity Reset, you’ll have lifetime access to all program materials (videos, PDFs, resources) so you can revisit them anytime. You’ll also receive a maintenance plan to help you continue your dog’s progress. Plus, you’ll have 2 group socialisation classes to attend. You are then welcome to join in our Level 1 and Level 2 classes to continue the growth with your dog. You just need to attend the socialisation classes within 1 month of completion of your 60 day program). You are also welcome to stay in our Mighty Networks community, we will be releasing monthly events and challenges.

The program is $1,497 AUD. This includes:

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! While I encourage full payment upfront to maximize your commitment, I understand that’s not always possible. I offer a payment plan in 2 equal installments of $800:
- The program cost on the Payment plan is $1600 ($800 at time of enrolment, $800 within 30 days)
- Payment plans must be completed to maintain access to sessions, WhatsApp support, and Zoom calls. All payments are non-refundable once the program begins. We will require a credit card on file for the installment plan.
Is there a discount for paying in full?
The full program price is $1,497 AUD. This represents incredible value considering you’re getting personalised coaching, ongoing support, and lifetime access to materials. Payment plans are offered as a courtesy for those who need flexibility, but there’s no additional discount for paying in full — the price is already set to be accessible and fair.
What is your refund policy?
All payments are non-refundable once the program begins. This ensures your spot is reserved and I’ve allocated time and resources specifically for you and your dog. I’m confident in the program’s effectiveness, and I’m committed to supporting you through any challenges that arise. If you’re unsure whether this program is right for you, please message me before enrolling so we can discuss your situation.
We do not refund if your living situation changes or life gets in the way. We want people to commit to their dog, and this program is available to participate anywhere in the world.
Can I get a refund if I don't see results?
Results depend on your commitment and consistency. If you complete all modules, attend all four sessions, practice daily (5-10 minutes), and submit all accountability checkpoints, you WILL see improvement. However, if you’re not seeing progress despite doing the work, I’ll continue to work with you beyond the 60 days at no additional cost until you do. Your success is my priority. Students in the program are having great success, and my priority is that you will too.
