About The program

How long is The Reactivity Reset program?

The program runs for 60 days (2 months). This gives you enough time to build foundations, practice skills, and see real transformation in your dog’s behaviour. You’ll have access to all program materials, WhatsApp support, and weekly Zoom calls for the full 60 days. You are then invited to 2 group socialisation classes after your program. 

No worries! All Zoom calls are recorded and uploaded to Mighty Networks within 24 hours. You can watch the replays anytime and still submit your questions in advance for me to answer during the call.

Most clients see noticeable improvements within the first 2 weeks, especially in food motivation, calmness, and engagement. However, reactivity transformation takes time. You’ll see gradual progress throughout the 60 days and beyond, with the biggest changes typically happening towards week 6-8 and when we work on the real life practice in our 1 to 1 sessions as we apply the reactivity protocol.

The Reactivity Reset is designed for reactive dogs who lunge, bark, pull, or show frustration/fear-based behaviours around triggers. If your dog has a history of biting or serious aggression, please book a free call before enrolling so we can discuss whether this program is the right fit or if you need more intensive one-on-one support.
This program is designed for adolescent and adult dogs who are already showing reactive behaviours. If you have a puppy (under 6 months) and want to prevent reactivity, I have a separate puppy program that would be a better fit. Message me for details!

Life happens! You can reschedule any session with at least 48 hours’ notice. All four sessions must be completed within the 60-day program window. If you need to reschedule, just message me on WhatsApp and we’ll find a new time that works.

You’ll receive an equipment bundle as part of the program, which includes a slip lead, 10-meter long line, tug toy, and treat pouch (valued at $155). This is everything you need to complete the program. If you already have some of this equipment, that’s great — you’ll have backups! We want to make sure that your equipment is top notch, won’t fail when we need it, and let you handle your dog with confidence! 

The program is designed to work for clients anywhere! The four private sessions can be conducted in person (if you’re local) or via video call (if you’re remote). All program content is delivered online through Mighty Networks, and WhatsApp support works from anywhere. Many of my most successful clients have been remote!

After completing The Reactivity Reset, you’ll have lifetime access to all program materials (videos, PDFs, resources) so you can revisit them anytime. You’ll also receive a maintenance plan to help you continue your dog’s progress. Plus, you’ll have 2 group socialisation classes to attend. You are then welcome to join in our Level 1 and Level 2 classes to continue the growth with your dog. You just need to attend the socialisation classes within 1 month of completion of your 60 day program). You are also welcome to stay in our Mighty Networks community, we will be releasing monthly events and challenges.

Yes! While I encourage full payment upfront to maximize your commitment, I understand that’s not always possible. I offer a payment plan in 3 equal installments:

  • The program cost on the Payment plan is $1400
  • Payment plans must be completed to maintain access to sessions, WhatsApp support, and Zoom calls. All payments are non-refundable once the program begins. We will require a credit card on file for the installment plan. 
The full program price is $1,297 AUD. This represents incredible value considering you’re getting personalised coaching, ongoing support, and lifetime access to materials. Payment plans are offered as a courtesy for those who need flexibility, but there’s no additional discount for paying in full — the price is already set to be accessible and fair.
All payments are non-refundable once the program begins. This ensures your spot is reserved and I’ve allocated time and resources specifically for you and your dog. Results depend on your commitment and consistency. If you complete all modules, attend all four sessions, practice daily (5-10 minutes), and submit all accountability checkpoints, you WILL see improvement. However, if you’re not seeing progress despite doing the work, I’ll continue to work with you beyond the 60 days at no additional cost until you do. Your success is my priority. What are your qualifications?
I’m a professional dog trainer based on the Gold Coast with 6+ of experience specialising in reactive and anxious dogs, as well as high drive working breeds. I’ve helped hundreds of clients transform their dogs’ behaviour using balanced training methods, focusing heavily on play and a great reward system. I have completed Certificate III in Dog Behaviour and Training through National Dog Trainer Federation, as well as being mentored by some of the best trainers in the world. Most importantly, I have a proven track record of success with reactive dogs just like yours.
I use balanced training methods that prioritise building motivation, clear communication, and positive associations. I focus heavily on play, food motivation, and engagement to create a strong relationship between you and your dog. For some dogs in certain situations, I may recommend tools like prong collars (NSW only) or e-collars (QLD only) when appropriate and used correctly. Every dog is different, and I tailor my approach to what works best for your individual dog.
